What does your company do?
We help evaluate how companies are using Epicor software and uncover opportunities to improve by utilizing my 30 years of experience in leadership roles in manufacturing and supply chain.
What problem do you solve and how do you solve it?
Larson Solutions leverages its 15 years’ experience on implementation and upgrade projects to help companies methodically work through validation that they can meet their needs for the business. Utilizing a “Smart Sheet” task list of over 200 predefined tasks, users track their testing and validation that they are able to meet the requirements of the business prior to going live with the new or upgraded software.
What makes your solution different from anything else in the market?
My process drives the accountability to the functions vs the customer project manager to complete tasks assigned.
What initially attracted you to the SourceDay solution?
Earlier in my career I was a Senior Director of Supply Chain and I realized my buyers spent most of their time updating the ERP system with new and changed due dates, prices and quantities. I wanted to create a meaningful way of consistently communicating with the suppliers that was an open channel that others in the Supply Chain group use. An open channel for all would have helped the team work together. When I met Tom and Clint at an Epicor user group, I knew right away that SourceDay filled that gap in the ERP system.
Why did your company decide to partner with SourceDay?
SourceDay fills the critical gap of communications with suppliers and customers. It helps eliminate a critical gap for the financial integrity of a purchased receipt with the wrong cost.
What do you do for your company?
I am the consultant on the front lines working directly with users on how the software works. I also develop dashboards that help monitor key process indexes for the company.
What makes you so good at your job?
My experience in various roles in manufacturing gives me a unique insight that allows me to understand the users’ requirements quickly and demonstrate how those needs can be met with Epicor software.
