Kelly came to RESCO over 10 years ago and after four years as a buyer for RESCO Electronics, Kelly became the Procurement Manager at RESCO Defense, came back to RESCO Electronics as the Materials and Estimating Manger and was promoted to Senior Manager of Procurement & Estimating within a year of coming back to RESCO Electronics. Kelly studied at The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey and Kaplan University and earned her certification in Supply Chain Management in 2019. She currently resides in Abingdon, Maryland with her husband.
