We’re hearing a lot about, and again, I’m not sure if this has impacted pride in some of the other divisions, but labor, right? We’re hearing at the suppliers. We’re hearing, you know, again, we’re running into labor, which is impacting capacity, right? So we’re not able to keep up. Therefore, even though you bought the product, it within lead time, you know, I literally am not able to get it out because my labor is fluctuating so much, I can’t get people to come in and turn wrenches or whatever their manufacturing, know, machinists, for instance, I mean, they’re hard to come by machinists are a dying breed of, you know, a trade right now they’re having a hard a hard time they find people that can run a lathe or a CNC, because they’re in such high demand. Right? So, have you guys seen any of that from your supplier side or even with you guys? Mean, I’m assuming, know, I mean, that’s gonna, it works upstream as well from not just your suppliers, but at your manufacturing plant yourself. So, you know, it’s literally being talked about daily, you know, on. So if you can kind of kind of, you know, just talk a little bit about what y’all are seeing. Yeah, we we see it on both sides. So on the plant side, obviously, just like everybody else, we we struggle with getting good labor, I guess, call it that. On the supplier side, we we hear different things, and it kinda translates to lead time for us where we have our lead time setting system. But we were talking to a supplier yesterday, actually, and they said, you know, it’s really hard to get good labor in the summer. I said, well, is your plant really hot? Like, yeah, we don’t really have a lot of… You know, there’s some ventilation, but it’s pretty hot in there. It’s not, you know, air conditioned. And so that affects us because I was like, well, we’ve noticed that some of your shipments are late. Right? And what’s going on there? Wow. And like, well, we’re taking, you know, everything’s taking maybe an extra two weeks. So we have to adjust for that. Because when we cut a PO, we can’t just automatically assume thirty five days and now we’re at, you know, forty to forty nine days, adding a couple weeks to it, going back to labor because they have a labor issue. And, you know, on the on the plant side, where our plants are, we we hire a lot of summer labor. I mean, it’s a little different for us, but we have, you know, some some temps and we’re pretty seasonal as well. But we also run run fairly strong in the off season, which is, I guess would be the winner. But, you know, it’s almost like you see it at every every station or, you know, wherever wherever you look, there’s. It’s just a labor shortage almost. Right.
